About This Project

SCF properties contacted Brightlec Electrical to carry out periodic inspections and tests on their office blocks to ensure that they say ahead of any regulations and are fully compliant.
SCF need to have the electrical projects completed out of business hours to minimise disruption of their clients business, a service in which Brightlec regularly provides and had no issues accommodating. As a service partner, Brightlec takes pride in being able to work alongside their clients.

As part of the periodic inspection and tests, Brightlec provide a NICEIC EICR (electrical installation condition report) with an action plan for necessary remedial works.
Due to the high standards, attention to detail, and fast turn around, Brightlec are providing ongoing maintenance service to SCF, and are looking forward to a long term relationship with SCF. Since then we have provided a full installation of a grade A LD2 fire alarm system.
Remedial works undertaken with NICEIC certification issued.
